# Free drywall office tracker (Excel / Google Sheets)

**The Drywall Office Tracker is a free Excel and Google Sheets template that flags unsigned or unbilled change orders and past-due invoices for drywall offices. It has 3 main tabs, Jobs, Change Orders and Invoices, and needs no email to download.**

A free spreadsheet for the person who runs the office at a drywall company. It tracks jobs, change orders and invoices, and it turns a row red when money is about to slip away.

## What it flags

  * **Change orders with no written OK** (red): the extra the GC asked for by text that nobody signed.
  * **Approved change orders that never made it onto an invoice** (yellow).
  * **Past-due invoices and pay apps** (red), with the number of days late.

## How to use it

  1. Open it in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open with Google Sheets.
  2. Add each job on the Jobs tab with a short Job ID like J-101.
  3. Log every extra on the Change Orders tab the day it's asked for.
  4. Log each invoice with its due date. Delete the example rows when you're ready.
