# Exclusions

**Exclusions are the items you list in your bid or estimate as not included in your price, such as patching after other trades, prime and paint, or after-hours work.**

## Why it matters on a drywall job

- Clear exclusions are usually what make an extra an extra.
- Missing exclusions can leave you doing unpaid work.
