Construction software in Spanish: which tools work for Spanish-speaking drywall offices and crews

Many drywall and tape-and-float crews work in Spanish, and many offices work in both languages. Most contractor software is built in English first. We went through the public pages of 11 tools to see what each one says about Spanish: screens and apps, help articles, and messages. Here is what we found, with sources, and what we think a drywall office should look for. “Not found” means we did not find it in the sources we reviewed, not that it does not exist.

What to look for if your crew or office works in Spanish

Where TapeAndFloat.com fits

TapeAndFloat.com is not a full construction management platform. It is an office assistant for drywall and tape-and-float offices that works from the texts and emails your office already gets. From our comparison pages:

Where TapeAndFloat.com may be the better fit

How the TapeAndFloat.com pilot works

  1. We set up your Sheet and your setup address.
  2. Your office forwards job texts (share-to-email or copy-paste) and emails, in English or Spanish.
  3. Intake fills in the date, address and contact. Gaps are marked “Needs review.”
  4. During the free 60-day pilot, a person checks every entry.
  5. The Sheet flags a crew booked twice (CHECK). A request for extra work is marked as a change order, and a change order not approved in writing shows yellow. An approved change order with no invoice shows red, and past-due invoices show red.
  6. Crew confirmation drafts are written in each crew’s language. You approve each draft and send it from your own phone. Nothing sends automatically.
  7. If you stay on, we agree on the price with you up front. If you stop, the Sheet stays yours.
