Free drywall Excel templates (English + Spanish)
Every free drywall office template on TapeAndFloat now has an Excel version with formulas. Each one is a regular .xlsx workbook: download it, type in your own jobs and numbers, and the formulas add things up and flag the lines that need a second look. No sign-up, and each one also comes in Spanish.
They are made for whoever keeps the paperwork moving at a drywall sub or small GC: the office coordinator, the owner doing invoices at night, or the PM tracking crews and change orders. Below is one line on what each workbook calculates and flags, with a direct download and a link to its guide.

How to use them
Open the file in Excel and type your own jobs over the blank rows. Each guide explains the columns, has the CSV version where there is one, and links the Spanish page. The flags are there to point you at lines to check; you still decide what to do about each one.
TapeAndFloat is an office assistant for drywall subs and small GCs. The templates are free to use on their own. During the free pilot the assistant reads the texts and emails you forward and flags the same kinds of things these sheets check: missed change orders, unpaid invoices and double-booked crews. If that would help your office, take a look at the Austin pilot.

Frequently asked questions
Are these drywall Excel templates free?
Yes. Each one is a free .xlsx download with no sign-up. The guide pages also have the CSV version where there is one.
Is there a Spanish version of each template?
Yes. Every template in this post has a Spanish Excel file, linked next to the English one, and a Spanish guide page.
What do the formulas do?
Depending on the template, they add up totals such as line totals, retainage, crew-hours or the order total, and flag lines that need a second look, such as a change order with no number or a past-due invoice. You still review every line yourself.
